Sold a crock about using their in house legal team. Paid our £25.00 REFUNDABLE deposit. Found a considerably cheaper solicitor to handle our sale but am STILL waiting for our refund since well before Christmas. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FIBS

Don't waste your time with these. Make sure that they are actually entitled to act as agents for the properties that they advertise.You will find it is a waste of time and they will try and sell you a different one.
