GoogleVisited Douglas Allen as we are potentially Looking to purchase in the area. Sat down with a young gentleman called Shaun who was extremely helpful and took the time to go through local areas and property prices with us. As Executor for a dear friend, I have had the responsibility for the sale of his house. From the time it was first marketed, I have been very impressed with the staff involved. The sale did take some time through no fault of Douglas Allen & the help support & updates provided have been tremendously appreciated. Particular mention must be made of Rosalie Kurton who has always been available, even after hours, extraordinarily knowledgeable & helpful. Chelsea Baldwin played her part, & more recently Riana has proved most friendly & gone out of her way to find answers for me. All these under the expert guidance of Maureen Grey of course.

East Ham branchAs first time buyers we signed up with many agents, but Hasan and Maureen at Douglas Allen were by far the most helpful, always calling us and making a real effort to find us the right house. The worst estate agents in East Ham. Don’t return your calls. Information given to you is false. The staff are only interested in their commission and keep telling their vendors this. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all cost The fees they charged are too much and you don’t get the service you expect
