Customer service like that is rare these days, friendly without being over the top, polite without being corporate and genuinely helpful at every step.
She explained everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and handled questions with good knowledge. You can tell she takes pride in doing things properly. It made what could’ve been a stressful job feel straightforward and sorted.

The storage facility is in a very convenient location with ample parking and loading facilities, and great hours for accessibility. Communication and customer service was absolutely first rate.
