Our experience with Beresford has been such an easy journey, Danny was super efficient with our enquiries and was very professional. Rylie has been a great ambassador for Beresfords - pulling out the stops to secure me a new tenant. It wasn’t easy as we had a couple of false starts, both due to tenants changing their minds and in one case just simply not answering messages to chase progress. But finally Rylie found a family who loved my old home. She has been super efficient, helpful and supportive. When we met in person she was the model of a letting agent professional. New tenants due to sign contract in 2 days time - thanks to Rylie.

My wife and I had a lovely viewing with Riley, who was friendly and was honest in answering all the questions we had. I want to say a big thank you to Kate Butler, Senior Inventory Clerk at Brentwood Beresfords. Having to sadly go through an eviction with our tenants, Kate made the process go as smoothly and calmly as possible on the day. She took the time out to answer all my questions and was massively helpful. I would also add that people often wonder why bother having managing agents for a tenancy - I would highly recommend as when things go wrong, that's when you're really grateful for their knowledge and expertise to help through the trickier situations.

Difficult tenant sorted

I had an issue with a difficult tenant and the help I received from Kate and Hannah at Beresford, Brentwood was outstanding. Hannah was responsible for maintaining contact with the tenant following the issue of a section 21 notice. She showed real professionalism despite dealing with an extremely obdurate individual. Once I had possession of the property Kate was my go to person to get trades in to repair and clean it. She organised everything which took all the stress away and the property was handed over in excellent condition and re-rented within two days of marketing
