GoogleJosh has just helped my sister and me to sell my mum’s apartment at Lynwood Retirement Village. From the outset, we agreed a v challenging target for a completion date which Josh beat. He was unusually positive throughout, in spite of some really challenging circumstances, and was very wise in terms of the advice he gave us. He built a great relationship with our buyers, and was really good at communicating with us and keeping us updated. I would 100% recommend him.

GoogleWe have recently used R & R for both sales advice and letting management. Good sound advice re sales and understand market. We are now using the letting management service which is very satisfactory. Although at the top end of fees the service provided justifies the cost. Proactive, prompt responses and actions, personal service, very good knowledge of properties and property managers, no automatic telephone system (!) you get to talk to someone. Would recommend.

Tom, Josh and Gavin of Rice and Roman were extremely enthusiastic, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given advice on how best to decorate, carpet and price to attract a sale. Good communication throughout, I will highly recommend their service.

It was a tricky one as under a power of attorney and there were several family members in contact but they always were on the ball All of the staff were great and always knew the property even if it wasn't theirs. Just the sort of person you need to show you around when you’re in very unfamiliar territory. We now have a much better understanding of what living at Lynwood Village would be like.

GoogleWe have recently rented a flat via Rice and Roman. Josh and Tom have been extremely professional, polite and helpful throughout this process (arranging two viewings for the same flat, answering promptly and fully any questions we had, making all the necessary arrangements for completing the tenancy agreement). They have made the stressful process of moving into a new property much more manageable and helped us settle in into our new flat (since they also manage our property). I would highly recommend them!

GoogleRice & Roman have just dealt with the sale of my mother's flat and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Josh dealt with the sale and, as well as being very pleasant to deal with, was extremely proactive, keeping in touch with everybody involved from both sides - our own solicitor and property management company, as well as the purchasers, their agent and solicitors. It de-stressed the whole process for us as, if we needed an answer to anything, Josh could always get it for us and did all the chasing on our behalf. I can honestly say that this is the first time we haven't begrudged paying estate agents' fees !! Linda Potter
