GoogleI would like to say thank you to Gavin for his professionalism, help and perseverance in the purchase of the lovely flat my Mother has bought. He was always on hand to help and advise and when things looked a bit shaky he did all he could do to help. Mum has just exchanged and is moving in next week. I would recommend Gavin to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Joshua, Gavin and Tom were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed at every step along the way. We found my mother-in-law’s retirement flat through Rice and Roman and they did a great job of selling her old home. She is 85, widowed and had lived in her family home for 52 years. The team at Rice and Roman had an abundance of patience and understanding throughout what was a time of great change for her. I can neither thank them enough, or recommend them highly enough. GoogleFrom start to finish we couldn't fault Rice and Roman, Tom Ward was supportive throughout. Selling our old family home was tough enough and purchasing a new home for our elderly mother too but it all went smoothly down to Tom's help and professional manner. Highly recommend R&R.

GoogleJosh and Grant sold my Dad's retirement flat and did a spectacular job throughout. They know the retirement village inside out, so we were able to price it well, and we sold at a good price. Plus they know all the background details as regards admin and so were able to quickly provide the solicitors with what they required. If you are selling a retirement/assisted living property then really save yourself the time, and use these guys.

GoogleHaving just completed a house sale with Rice and Roman, I cannot recommend them enough. Our sale was met with many issues and delays due to probate, however Josh and the team have assisted throughout the process, and gone beyond what is needed with efficiency and courtesy.

GoogleI have been on the books of Rice & Roman since 2021 and in that time have got to know the sales and rental teams very well! In a challenging market trying to sell a retirement flat, Gavin suggested we tried the rental option and the team found me a tenant. Joanna, Jade and Polly have looked after the management of the flat and taken all the hassle away from me, and now, at the second attempt, I have a buyer and the flat has sold. Gavin, the 3 Tom's and the lovely ladies who run the rentals section have been helpful, supportive and encouraging, thank you all.

He has been highly professional throughout, easily reachable and his advice reflects his thorough understanding of this specialized market. In conversations, discussions and when it came to decisions I found his straight forwardness and focused manner highly refreshing and far easier and more pleasant to work with other agents.
