GoogleCurchods Esher sold our family home of 40 years in March 2026, the property was on the market for less than 10 days. Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!

GoogleDo not use this company. I instructed them to sell my house they told potential viewers they didn't know anything about it and had never heard of it after they told me to pay for a floor plan. The lettings manager didn't do 1 inspection and screamed at me down the phone because I was trying to find out if my rent had been paid over. I made a formal complaint. James Hawkesford had complete disregard for my concerns. I am suing and will go to the ombudsman

We have since been made aware that other local agencies have also dis instructed themselves and didn’t want to act for you. Google5 stars aren't enough. Estate agents have rightfully earnt a poor reputation over the years and I have to say dealing with Rob has been a breath of fresh air. There is literally nothing I could fault about our experience and everything I would praise. Whilst I don't envisage ever wanting to move house again anytime soon in the event I did, I would call Rob imediately and I would encourage all of my friends and familly do the same. We found Rob to offer an extremely personal service which was transparent, straightforward and honest to not just us us as vendors but also to our buyer which undoubtedly helped to ensure our sale completed succesfully. Throughout he displayed tremendous insight and steered our sale in order to achieve the outcome that we wanted. As an independant, it was extremely refreshing to know that Rob only took on a few properties at a time in order to remain committed to our sale and remained contactable at anytime of day. Many discussions happened in evenings as we work full time and we felt we had Rob's undivided attention. Consequently our property sold quickly but more importantly for us, at a value higher than we had initially hoped which broadened the scope for our onward purchase. This was achieved largely due to Rob's responsiveness and the quality of listing that he put together. Rob was optimistic but also realistic about what we could achieve and then exceeded the expectations set out. Throughout he was friendly, approachable and never pushy. I genuinely can't think of a way our sale could have been handled any better. Thanks Rob, best Estate Agent we've ever encountered. I would give more stars if I could.

GoogleRob was amazing from start to finish had all the answer to any question that was put to him and if he didn't, he would find out and get straight back to me. He was professional at all times, open and honest which is all you can ask for when selling a house. The photographs he took of the property were amazing, he dealt with all of the viewings without any disruption to me or my two young children. His help all the way through made this process a lot less stressful. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to sell a property. Thanks Rob.

GoogleCouldn't recommend enough. So helpful and informative on the local area (we have relocated to Yorkshire). Rob went above and beyond to help us get the keys on completion, we had been caught in a lot of traffic on the drive up and was definitely outside of work hours, however he was ready to drop the keys off for us. They are so helpful. Getting viewings arranged was so quick and hassle free. Always answered voicemails quickly (unlike other companies!). Highly recommended and will personally use again if needed.

Alice listened and showed a home that was perfect for us. She had a fantastic understanding of the property and, over a period of time secured the house for us. During the process to completion, she was always available and up the date with the latest information on the process. We felt completely comfortable with her handling it. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out compared to other agents. We talked to and also met others in the team including Gillian who were also great.
