We see you have placed a malicious one-star review, just with the words ‘very rude’ with no further explanation or context. Having reviewed our records, it seems you are the gentleman who telephoned our office six days ago asking for information on property not yet on the market, not advertised. We explained politely and professionally we cannot provide this and everything available to buy is advertised already. We even helped by going beyond normal service when describing the best way for you to source available properties with all agents via Rightmove and other major portals. Five days later, you called again asking the same questions. You became unhappy and animated when given the same logical answers. It is not rude for us to have helped you in the first call and not rude when providing the same reasonable explanation for a second time. It is inappropriate and unacceptable for you to act with malice simply because we could not provide the impossible. If you wish us to help you find a property to buy that is already advertised via Waller & Farnworth, please call again to register as a prospective buyer or visit our office in York Road, Erdington, to do the same and will be pleased to assist. In the meantime, please adjust or remove your unwarranted one-star review. You will see from the many genuine honest reviews received we are consistently helpful, professional, and appreciated. The small number of poor reviews received are anonymous, unwarranted, malicious, no valid explanation given as to how we are supposed to have offended and no further response received from the disingenuous complainant. For all those reading our reviews, we ask that you consider the majority, the excellent genuine reviews.
