GoogleIf you are selling your home and want quality service then look no further. The team at Waller and Farnworth are fabulous. We had lots of problems with our Title Deeds and and other hiccups along the way, but the team at Waller and Farnworth could not have been more helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. They put an extreme amount of effort in for us, liaising with all solicitors and other agents, and they kept us informed along they way. To say they went the extra mile would be an understatement. Excellent service, we can’t thank these guys enough.

After using another agent located on the same road and feeling hopeless for a sale due to their laziness and lack of enthusiasm, i made the decision to switch to Waller and Farnworth. I was inundated with viewings and received offers immediately. I was so impressed i highly recommend them they may appear smaller than other known agents but their massive drive, enthusiam and excellent communication was massively outstanding in comparison to their competitors. This superb performance was what sold my house in two weeks and went on to complete in 12 weeks. Thankyou so much to the team. I am so disappointed in myself for not choosing you in the beginning. You guys are fantastic. We even beat Brexit 🤣

Recently bought a property through them (my very first house) and i was very lucky to have Adrian as an agent, always ready to help update and sort stuff out. Anthony, on the other hand always replied to my mails in such a detail that there was no questions left in my mind. I would 100 Percent recommend them if you need peace of mind and smooth dealing. GoogleIt's been I think 12 years since w&f sold my flat in sycamore close but reminiscing whilst travelling back from town when I was moving in with my wife. They are awesome. I'd had my flat on for months unsold with a different agent. Turned out the other agent was saying 'ooh you can have a house for that budget' whereas w&f listened to the customers needs. No garden, no maintenance for a young career person or couple. 4 months with the other agent. Less than a week with w&f. Professional!

GoogleOne of the worst Estate agents company out there when ever you call no one tends to answer the phone. You leave VM but they never get actioned. I wouldn’t bother selling your property with them rather use a well known agent like Dixon’s who will at least have the decency answer the phone!
Twenty five years from our business opening and five years from your anonymous malicious unwarranted review that we treated with the contempt it deserved we are still answering calls, still responding to VM’s, selling lots of properties for appreciative clients and thankfully quality customers see through made up vengeful nonsense that is more often than not from enquirers who simply could not provide simple information we required or did not get their own way when what they requested was not possible.
