GoogleTerrible customer services, never contact you back when they say they will. Tried to book a viewing on a property as soon as it was listed, said they would call back when landlord is ready to book viewings, got no call back, I called back a few hours later for them to tell me they have no viewings left. Then wouldn't even let me put an offer forward because I hadn't viewed it personally. Awful service, avoid at all costs!

GoogleWe had an emergency case regarding a broken toilet and drain blockage, we called the personal agent, Bradley Snape has received our call effectively, he has responded in a quick and professional manner, he could and managed a contractor within less than 30 minutes, however, it was an experienced contractor, he could resolve the issue within 19 minutes and got the job done perfectly, Many thanks to you guys you made our day of Bank holiday.

GoogleAs a Landlord, on first impressions myself and the joint owner were very impressed as they came across as professional and sold the service they were offering very well. Things changed quickly approaching the second week of advertising our property; we felt let down on communication, transparency and timing so decided to go with another agent. If you're looking for a personalised service I would unfortunately not recommend this agent.
