Jon advised on the property we wanted to buy, they kept in regular contact with all parties and helped get this over the line to a successful conclusion. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Jon and Josh's tenacity and care for detail really sets them apart from other estate agents and I can't recommend them highly enough for their work. Having been burnt by other Epsom estate agents, we were very hesitant when finding an alternative agent to be responsible for our property. We ended up using 4 different estate agents before Jon & Josh got on board and took it over the line. They are both very friendly and certainly do not live up to the common estate agent stereotype - they are good at their job without cutting corners or wasting your time but instead being honest every step of the way. Jon and Josh, what can we say. They were amazing from start to finish. We met Jon who valued our property. He was engaging and personable and we felt at ease with him very quickly and knew he was the right person to assist us with the sale of our property. Josh conducted the viewings of the property and when an offer was made he kept us informed every step of the way with regular weekly updates. Jon and Josh are a great team. We are very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jon and the Team were truly exceptional. We were recommended sell via auction but were reluctant to do so. Our initial buyer then pulled out and we did then go to auction. Which proved to be absolutely painless. The irony being that the property sold for more than the original offered price.

He takes great photographs which really show your property in the best possible light without being exaggerated by a fish eye lens.
