As everyone is aware, there is a global pandemic at the moment. However, Jon at The Local Agent has been superb throughout. We were selling, so you could understand the anxiety that Covid bought. However, Jon was reassuring throughout the whole sale process and was in constant communication. I would recommend The Local Agent, if you want regular communication and a superb team looking after your property sale.

Jon went out of his way to support when we needed an additional specialist solicitor by calling around late notice and securing an appointment. Had multiple viewings booked on the first day of listing, sold house within 2 weeks, held communication for all parties throughout. Helped with queries when solicitors overwhelmed by SDLT. Managed process efficiently to ensure difficult deadlines met. Small company - feels like they really care about your custom.
