We were first-time buyers & was looked after by Robin & Sarah from the Chigwell branch. They were great & very helpful. We were also looked after by Tania our sales progressor who was also really helpful. I would definitely recommend going with them as well as the conveyance company JS LAW which they recommended however avoid Mortgage Matters as they wasn’t that good. We couldn’t thank them enough.

Once I signed there was very little feedback as every time I spoke to someone in the office it was a different person and they all told me different information. I was not very happy about the mortgage advisor, she missed the right amount of mortgage and i paid 2000 pounds more on my deposit.
Absolutely not pleased with the solicitors they reccomended me .
I certainly would not recommend their services
