In my honest opinion, the female expeditor was indeed effective, efficient and extremely personable! The trouble with Douglas Allen is that the glossy front-end marketing is let down, extremely badly... a glossy front end magazine with a sub-standard editiorial! If this organisation wishes to progress, it would be better served by observing the expeditor closely, to fully comprehend the meaning of Servitium Qualitas!!! or better still, familarise themselves with the teachings of Tomas Peters: In Search of Excellence!!

As first time buyers buying from someone purchasing a new build, we thought a chain free transaction would have gone quite smoothly. Lots of hiccups happened along the way (solicitors, construction company) regardless, but never from Douglas Allen. Rosalie managed the whole process superbly and I'm pretty sure without her efforts keeping track of all parties we wouldn't be happy homeowners now. Thank you!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible estate agents. Manager (gregg) is rude and unprofessional. Everything I asked was agreed then he done what he wanted to do. Stay away. You will thank me later. Douglas Allen are the kinda company that give estate agents a bad name. Use bear, honest and professional

We found the staff at the south Chingford office to be extremely helpful during the sale of my friend's house. My friend was going into a care home and at all times the staff were caring in their attitude toward her and we felt they could not have done any more in getting a sale for the house. I can't recommend them highly enough. TA big thank you to them all.

where do i start the online portal doesn't work so was unable to look at viewings feedback etc , even told them it does not work 8 yes eight times . constantly wanted us to drop the price of our property after being with them for a few weeks. These guys couldn't sell a house if they tried all they are interested in is there cut(money) which is exorbitant compared to other agents around.

I have a rental flat which Douglas Allen have let for me. I met Paris at the flat and she understood the situation i was in immediately. She offered excellent advice. The flat was let within a week, checks done, deposit received. Paris's follow up work was very thorough and the local DA office were very helpful. The back office team have been quick to respond and sort out issue. Would highly recommend Douglas Allen.
