Urban Patchwork London reviews in Ensign House

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews but in this case, I have really wanted to. Urban Patchwork have been a breath of fresh air to work with. When I approached Toby in the summer, I had no idea what I was doing in terms of how to rent my flat out but I have been supported all the way through and I really trust that I am in very capable hands. I have had many interactions with other estate agents over the years and had become somewhat jaded by negative experiences so it takes a lot for me to say that! Urban Patchwork take a lot of time to really do their homework/research so that the advice they give is really personalised to you. It’s also honest and realistic which I’ve valued. When I’ve had any questions or queries, I’ve really appreciated their responsiveness. In summary, I feel like Urban Patwork take a lot of care in providing a superior/personalised service and I have nothing but good things to say!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Urban Patchwork has made the sale of my home seamless and stress-free. When my first buyer unfortunately pulled out due to COVID-19, Toby at Urban Patchwork remain responsive to my enquiries and even managed to find a new buyer within a short time, and convinced him to put down a much higher offer! I will highly recommend Urban Patchwork to anyone who is looking to sell and buy in London. Not to mention they are also a certified 'business for good' and member of Social Enterprise UK. Urban Patchwork delivers a great service from the heart, sincerely.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

My girlfriend and I were searching for a flat and came across Urban Patchwork Surrey Quays. The agent responsible, Toby, offered a high quality and extremely professional support for our flat search. He and the whole team were extremely helpful when visiting the flat, always quick to respond to any question we had and also offered a second flat visit as asked by us. During the flat visit they gave us all the details we needed and in the process of moving in, they were reliable as well. We can highly recommend Urban Patchwork and would pick them again if we will ever search for another flat.PositiveProfessionalism

Urban Patchwork sold our London property. We live in Germany and were a bit concerned about how we'd manage the process remotely during Covid. We spoke to several agencies to make sure we made the right choice and ended up going with Urban Patchwork. Rayén and Toby have done a fantastic job in selling the flat. They're extremely hard working, transparent and responsive. We've felt we had a great partner that we could trust at a time where we had no way of going to the UK. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

After the unsatisfactory experience with other bigger estate agents, I contacted Toby at Urban Patchwork. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area and he is very honest and transparent. Toby and Chris are very efficient and proactive. Their marketing was great and within a day they found a buyer for me. They were really helpful throughout the process. They are the best agent I had ever come across. I would highly recommend Urban Patchwork!

Shopping around estate agents, urban patchwork and Toby’s service really stood out as exemplary. He has a excellent knowledge of the local area, a very strong focus on proving good service, and he was very honest and transparent, and so trustworthy. Toby did his research before speaking to me about my flat sale and didn’t rush or pressure a decision. So if you are looking for an estate agent that stands out on customer service, this is the one for you.

We had a great experience finding a property to rent through Urban Patchwork. Toby and Shabana have been very helpful answering our questions and getting the paperwork ready. It has been a smooth process throughout and we can highly recommend them. Special thanks for going above and beyond expectations to sort out a hoover for us (which we needed but the property did not come with one) - truly amazing customer service and problem solving!

A number of estate agents had under-valued our flat and failed to inspire any confidence in us before we met with Toby, whose approach was really like a breath of fresh air. He and his colleagues were diligent, helpful, and communicative throughout the ups and downs of the sale process. We are very happy with the outcome and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent with local knowledge and expertise.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From start to finish Toby & his team were helpful & professional. They made the rental process - from viewing, to making an offer, to moving in, completely seamless & hassle free for me. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A wonderful agency that really listens to it’s clients & provides the personal touch & old fashioned customer service that is all too often missing these days. Great Agency! High quality of customer service and work, FAST and affordable. Very friendly and professional stuff . I really enjoyed and still enjoying working with Toby Gooding. He really helped us with renting out our house in 2016 and we came back to him in 2018 again! He is definitely a professional in his filed and knows what is needed to be done and does it in a very efficient way. I would highly recommend his services , this agency. Valeriya

Simply The Best! Urban Patchwork (Toby and Tessa Gooding) are like no other estate agents. They genuinely acted in my best interests throughout the whole process. They were extremely professional and on top of everything throughout. They thoroughly researched my property so that they had a really good understanding of it throughout the whole sale process. They 'held my hand' from start to finish. They support the homeless. They're good people! And they're EXCELLENT estate agents. You won't be disappointed.

I had a valuation from Urban Patchwork and while I'm not quite ready to sell my property, I have to say I was very impressed with the service and advice provided. I will definately be using them to sell my flat at some point in the next few months.

Initially reluctant to pay high street agency fees I had a couple of quotes from online only agents, but Urban Patchwork persuaded me to give them a try. I must admit that I have not regretted using Urban Patchwork. They were supportive all the way and I can highly recommend them for selling property in the SE16 area

Together with my wife we visited over 25 real estate agencies in London. The must human and friendly service was provided by far. They're not trying to push you hire to increase their commissions or make you feel low because you have a certain budget. Grateful being able to do business with Mr.Toby. Highly recommended

Amazing service. I talked to many agents, Urban patchwork is definitely the most honest, sincere and professional one. They are very patient and positive, always try to think from our perspective view and understand what we want. Never push us to accept offers we are not happy with. Thank you so much guys, we definitely will come back to you in the future if we need to buy or sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Toby and Tessa recently sold a property for us and we are delighted to recommend their services. They are very professional as well as being friendly and helpful at all times. We never felt we were just clients behind a reference no., but human beings with needs and preferences. If you need looking after when buying, selling or renting a property in this area , give them a call, they will do a good job.
