GoogleWe sold our flat in Greenland Place through Urban Patchwork after failing to do so with other agents. I wish we had gone with Urban Patchwork straight away as they were simply brilliant from start to finish. Toby is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the development and was very attentive throughout the whole process. We were mainly dealing with Chris for our sale and he was always available, very friendly and very helpful. He was instrumental in making a quite complicated chain and transaction as stress free as possible. GoogleAmazing agent that sadly we can't take with us if we ever plan to sell again as we've moved far away. First engagement was fantastic and Toby was great with clear stats on their performance, the numbers spoke for them and no hard sell. From then on it was always great working with Toby and Chris, their communication, support and transparency were beyond compare, very professional but also very personable. Having dealt with other agencies when buying and seen friends and family go through struggles with listings through other agents, I can honestly say Urban Patchwork are THE best agents around, and not only was the service great, they also got a great price for us and helped with managing solicitors, so well worth the fee (which is the same as other far less capable agents). I wish all agents were this engaged and focused, they showed us that the process doesn't need to be stressful or painful as everyone expects.

Very proactive in terms of market updates, getting the properly listed, following up with me on various matters and sharing viewing feedback. We had a difficult outgoing tenant earlier in the sale process and Toby was excellent at working around them. Toby also helped us get the property ready for sale - including arranging a handy man for minor repairs. Very easy to work with and would definitely use again.

Toby is incredible, very knowledgeable, and his love for the area is contagious! If you are looking to buy or rent near Canada Water, Rotherhithe, or surroundings, you must visit this real state agency! I couldn’t recommend them more. GoogleI can’t thank Urban Patchwork enough for the superb service they provided in selling my apartment. They had previously been managing the apartment whilst it was tenanted, then when it came time to sell they provided a seamless service and achieved over asking price. I dealt with Toby, Chris, Paula and Shabana, who were all super helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what you’d expect from an estate agency, in fact they are not like any other agency I’ve dealt with before. There’s a clear focus on getting the right outcomes all round, and those outcomes are delivered by people who I think have a passion for what they do, rather than the typical estate agency experience of dealing with stressed out agents trying to meet unrealistic targets set by senior managers, to the detriment of customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I wish every estate agent was Urban Patchwork.

We were especially impressed with how quickly the viewings rolled in and, unbelievably, we had our first offer within a week of putting our house up for sale! From our initial conversation when we were thinking of selling our house to the day we completed, the Urban Patchwork team were really proactive, respectful and supportive. Throughout our transaction, everyone was a delight to work with and our interactions were always great. GoogleChris and Toby were very helpful with the sale process from start to finish. From the very beginning it was evident they were experts and leads in the area and we quickly got viewings scheduled. We sold in 2 months (despite Christmas and a failed offer in the meantime). They were also very supportive throughout the contract process, regularly following up with solicitors as required and helping push things through. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the service we received and highly recommend them!

GoogleUrban patchwork was recommended to us by our son and daughter in law who used the agency to sell their house in SE16. There were a few problems with buyers "disappearing" but Urban Patchwork managed to fix things so that the sale went through. Our experience was easy. We owned the flat as a buy to let property and decided to sell it when our long term, excellent, tenants moved on to buy for themselves. Toby carried out a market appraisal, and helped us to arrange re-decoration before marketing the property. He also arranged excellent photographs of the flat. We received an offer quite quickly which Toby persuaded the buyer to increase to a better level which we were able to accept. Toby kept in touch with us, the buyer, the buyers solicitor and our solicitor throughout some rather tricky legal problems which were resolved at the eleventh hour and the sale was completed. The commission seemed rather a lot, but no more than other agents and we were very pleased with the outcome, so very happy to recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Both Chris and Toby were very helpful throughout that very long process starting from my offer to the exchange by chasing solicitors and answering my queries. What I appreciated most was that they had been transparent throughout the whole process. It’s a small real estate agency with trustful, individual customer focused service. They were very kind to help me with setting up heating in my new flat although it was not their responsibility. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend this agency to everyone buying and selling properties in London.

GoogleWe went with Urban Patchwork after a bit of shopping around and it was a good decision. Excellent communication from Toby and the team throughout the sales process and we felt like we could trust his advice. We were left stranded away from the flat by lockdown after our first sale fell through late in the day and we had already moved across the country with work. They went the extra mile tucking boxes and bags away and keeping it presentable for viewings when we could not access it. Reflects well on the team we felt comfortable leaving it in their hands.
