GoogleIn June of this year, I engaged Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers for a home valuation to assist me with the Local Property Tax. Rowan was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process. He came to the house, took detailed pictures, and provided me with a comprehensive list of comparable pricing for similar houses in the local area. Additionally, he issued a Valuation Certificate that I could provide to the Revenue Department. Rowan's professionalism and thoroughness made the process incredibly smooth. He ensured that I had all the necessary documentation and information I needed. This level of service and dedication is why I highly recommend Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers for any property-related needs. Martin Cahill
