We recently purchased a house with Rowan Fitzgerald as auctioneers. We had a number of viewings of different properties with both Rowan and Rachael, and both were very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. When we went sale agreed with Rachael, she was excellent at maintaining communication with us and facilitating additional viewings of the house. Rachael was always quick to reply and made a stressful process so much easier for us. We would highly recommend anybody to work with Rowan Fitzgerald, it was a pleasure.

We recently had the pleasure of buying a property with Rowan at Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers. It is clear that this auctioneers stands out from all the rest because they value the importance of good customer service. From the get go Rowan was amazing to deal with. From the honest and thorough viewing, to when we went sale agreed to which he met with us to talk us through the next steps. He was so prompt at responding to any of our queries and made the whole process smooth sailing from his side. His secretary Pamela was also so lovely to deal with over the phone which really makes such a difference. I really can’t recommend him enough. Many thanks to Rowan and his team.

I was really needing a new place to rent, and it was Ericka was the best person that I got in contact with. All other companies wanted just applications through email or website and they never send me a return. However Ericka was available, we visited the house and she was very fast and considerate. It was the best customer service I had. Thank you very much!

I would recommend Rowen Fitzgerald auctioneers & Estate agents for anyone looking to sell their property. We were selling a house we had rented out for many years. They worked to my timelines, reviewed the property before we got the house ready for sale to align with any suggestions. communication was very strong and constant and everything was actioned at speed. We had a very quick sale agree period, just 3 weeks with a lot of viewing covered by Rachael. Followed by an even swifter close of 2 weeks. We were very happy with the agreed price and how the negotiations were managed. The whole process was very smooth and they were there at every step. Highly recommend this company

i went today at 4.30pm to view apartment 52 in new town park, castletroy, limerick, the responsible auctioneer for viewing this apartment dealt with me in a bad manner showing no respect in dealing with me because i texted him as a reminder that I came in time and waiting for him. he came to me shouting , very nervous, dealt with me as if i am a child although I am older than him. of course because of the strange behaviour from this acuctioneer which I never faced before, I put my complaint in front of his boss to say he is not fit to be an auctioneer and this gives bad image regarding the company. i am interested to view the apartment but I don't want to view with this auctioneer. thanks

We had a very positive experience with Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers. We had excellent lines of communication throughout the whole process. Rowan met us originally to talk through the sale procedure and then made the setting and photography process very smooth. He had great advice on how to show off the best of our home. Carmel was flexible, understanding and organised for dealing with initial viewings. Rachael was amazing with the viewings process, took so much stress off of us and kept us updated the whole time. She was always available to answer any queries and made sure we got the best deal for our home. We couldn’t have been happier with Rowan Fitzgeralds and would highly recommend them as an Auctioneers.

Rachael was so helpful from the very start. She was so professional in her approach and guided me the whole way through the process. I knew I could trust her from the beginning. The little touches along the way, nothing was trouble, she gave me sound advice and was always at the end of a phone call. I felt I could trust her with any issue I was dealing with. I would recommend Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers 110%. They are with you every step of the way.

I decided to use Rowen Fitzgerald auctioneers to sell my house a few short months ago, off references and they recently sold a property in my estate. Rachel made the full process from the first meeting to closing, as stress free as possible, full transparency and prompt replies at all times. Luckily enough I was also involved in a house purchase where Rachel was also involved , selling and buying a house at the one time can be a stressful time, Rachel was brilliant always keeping me up to date with the sale, I genuine can’t recommend Rowan Fitzgerald auctioneers enough, if you want to take the stress out of purchasing please don’t hesitate to contact them.

We recently purchased a property and I have to commend Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers and in particular Rachel. She was very professional and easy to deal with. She answered all our questions honestly. She allowed us plenty of time to view the property, remaining quietly in the background. She also remembered us and made contact again when the original sale had fallen through to inform us the property was back on the market. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with, and the card, wine and chocolates was a lovely touch when we collected our keys.

Had reason to use Rowan Fitzgerald Estate Agents for a necessary valuation and it was their brand caught my eye. I will definitely recommend them if asked and would consider them for any future business. Thank you Rachael.
