During the entire process, Rachael was amazing! We spent just over a year searching for a home, and I can genuinely say that Rachael's attention to detail is the only reason we were able to secure one. She was exceptionally competent at her job, responded very quickly, and you could tell she enjoyed her work, which is not always the case. Rachael always eased our worries and would respond to us within the working day if we had any questions. Rowan Fitzgerald was by far the greatest auctioneers we dealt with, and we are very grateful of their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to buy a home. It's a very daunting experience but Rowan Fitzgerald made it so much easier! Thanks again Rachael - I'm writing this from the comfort of my new couch :)

When selecting an auctioneer to sell my late parents' home, I chose Rowan Fitzgerald on the basis of their customer reviews. I had not dealt with them previously. Rachael was courteous, efficient and practical, and always a pleasure to deal with. This potentially fraught activity progressed to the schedule she advised, and her valuation was spot on. All-in-all it was a very positive experience, and I have no hesitation in recommending Rowan Fitzgerald.

Dealing with Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers and more specifically, Rachael Coughlan was an absolute pleasure. We were first time sellers and needed a little hand holding but Rachael could not have been nicer. From taking excellent advertisement photos to exceptional communication we felt completely at ease. We could not recommend them more. Thanks for everything.

We chose Rowan based on some Google reviews... so it only seems fair that we write our own, now that our own encounter is in the rear view mirror. A favourie phrase of mine is to describe someone like a swan... graceful above the water BUT peddling like hell under it. This was our experience these past few months. Rowan was relaxed, professional, approachable and was always at the end of a phone/email, no matter the query. Below deck... he was busy organising viewings, dealing with interested parties, and 'reading the room'... to get us the best price for our house. At ALL times, he kept us up to date - and guided us through the process. Special mention to Carmel "back at base" who was on hand to tie up any loose ends (documents, utility bills, BER cert and other important items). You really don't know just how much work is involved in selling a house - until you are in the thick of it! To say that we are happy is an understatement. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rowan & his team to anyone selling (or buying). Peter & EdelPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We decided on Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers mainly because of the fantastic reviews on their webpage. We had therefore a very high expectation of the service being offered. Well we can honestly say without hesitation that we were very impressed. They have a boutique style auctioneering business offering very personal service from start to finish. Rowan came to view our property and explained each step of the sales process in a very professional manner. We then dealt with Rachael who was so helpful supportive and available on any phone calls or emails. We would highly recommend Rowan Fitzgerald and his team. They definitely work hard on looking after their customers and that is what sets them apart from others. Thank you to Rowan,Carmel in the office and Rachael and for the beautiful bouquet of Flowers we received today thanking us for our business.

I would personally like to thank Rachael in Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers for her continuous professionalism and due diligence through this particular sale. The house was sold within 3.5 days, and a sale agreed sign put up on the house. She took us through the whole process and made this completely seamless for our family. She was always contactable and assertive, through out the sale, which made this so easy for us. Thank you so much Rachael. Much appreciated - Brian

I just wanted to highlight the exemplary performance of one of your staff. Ms Rachael Coughlan showed me around "The Drapery" property on Catherine Street on Friday 28th May 2021. Rachael was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful in all her dealings with us, both on the day of the showing and in all her email correspondence before and after the showing. While we ultimately did not go for the property (for a reason far beyond Rachael's control), I just wanted it to be known that she is excellent at what she does. I viewed several properties on Friday and I just felt her performance deserved to be noted. I made the company aware of this and they sent me back a lovely email. All in all, they were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to contact them again if looking for a property in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I don't even know where to start. From start to finish Rachael and all in Rowan Fitzgeralds were amazing. Buying a house can be stressful but knowing you'd have an answer to any question, big or small, with no delay, it made it alot easier. Would deal with them again in a heartbeat

Rowan Fitzgerald have been very good to us as tenants. They are always swift to help with any issues we may have to deal with in the house. Carmel and the team are very kind and helpful and after years of renting with terrible auctioneers and landlords, this is the first time we have an agency that actually cares about if we are happy and comfortable in our house.

My parents used Rowan Fitzgerald and were very happy with the service. They initially saw three different sales agents and Rowan was the only one who gave sound advice on the initial visit on what my parents could and should do to make the property more saleable and what documents they would need so there would be no delay on the sale once a buyer was found. This advice was offered freely and was not dependant on him getting the business. Rowans valuation was above what the other two had quoted. Not only did he give a higher selling price he also achieved it and in a relatively short timeframe. The important thing for the majority of sellers is achieving the highest possible price in the shortest time possible and my parents felt they got value for money with Rowans fees. Once the buyer was found, my parents had regular contact and updates which ensured a smooth and stress free transaction. Rowan and Carmel were professional and courteous at at all times. We would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending their services. The flowers were also lovely touch, my parents were thrilled to receive them. Thanks again and best of luck for the future, Joanne
