Excellent service

So Friday just gone, my boiler rebelled against me. No idea why. One moment, lovely warm shower, the next, shivering misery.

Billy was a marvel

Billy was a marvel, he treated the tenants so well and also negotiated a rent raise to help cover the increase in mortgage costs.

Love these guys

Love these guys. The agents on my sale and purchase, Billy and Michael, make a great team - professional, charming, diligent and effective. They worked hard to get me a good price and didn't cost the earth. Great service throughout a long, and at times trying double transaction and a great result at the end.

Courtesy, patience, professionalism, communication and industry knowledge is key to unlocking a new home.

A prospective viewing lead to only positive experience of the Mile End office team. Starting off with the impeccable courtesy of Billy Collins whose patience, professionalism and desire to assist was such a refreshing experience. This was followed by the industry knowledge of the branch manager, Michael Whitby, whose support and diligence rewarded us with our completion of purchase. Communication was key and it unlocked a new home with an exciting future. We can only give thanks and greatest recommendation.

I'm not usually one to write reviews

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with WJ Meade was fantastic. It was my first time living alone and a really important move from me, so I was understandably nervous at first. I relaxed as soon as I met Haris, andhave since felt supported at every step of the way. From the initial moving in documentation and deposit process (which I always find a nerve wracking!) to any maintenance queries I've submitted, to the eventual process of moving out, there was always someone on hand to help. No long call wait times, speedy email replies, and really respectful comms. I particularly want to shout out Haris Miah - knowing he was there to help and seemed to genuinely care about my renting experience made me feel secure and happy in my home. I am sad to be moving away - should I return to Bow, I'll be right back on to WJ Meade.
