Great team, really appreciated their calm approach to navigating the process of selling our flat. From first interactions with Michael, Harry and Billy everyone was friendly and professional. The whole team were really prompt on delivering what they said would happen at each stage and really helped us manage this with a small baby. Would recommend to anyone selling their home.

Never met such a bad agent before. Long in short, they believe they are God, more important than the buyer.1. Push very hard on buyer (Calling the buyer everyday with non-professional language)2. Accusing the buyer (Think the buyer don't have money)3. Threading the buyer to withdraw the contract4. Don't read their email (Emailed them about situation, they just ignore)People who is looking for a real estate agency. Please stay away from this one.

Called to enquire about a property and the agent was rude to me. He then proceeded to shut down my concern when I raised this and hung up the phone on me.
Good afternoon,We have spoken with the team and managed to trace the call. You enquired about a property and then hung up on our operative when they told you how to send a formal enquiry. You then rang a second time asking if this property had a virtual viewing; you were told no and that several offers had already been forward. As you were disappointed, you then continued by asking if we 'generally did virtual viewings' and became rude to our operative. Our operative told you that it was a case by case basis and you again, did not like this answer. That is when they began to shut the conversation down and said they would be ending the call.We take a zero tolerance approach here at W J Meade when customer's are being rude or abusive to our staff. We always advise our staff that if a customer begins to become verbally abusive, it is best to try and end the conversation as soon as possible. As per the agent's advice, if you would like to see the property, please do send a viewing request through the selected portal in which you were viewing the property on. The designated lettings manager will get back to you as soon as possible. Kind regards,W J Meade

Having used Meades letting dept for over 30years and been very satisfied l used them to sell my property.It took 8 months to get the deal done but most of my information came from Michael at the Bow office he kept me informed far more than my solicitor and was keen to get any information l needed wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

We have bought a number of properties through Meade and then had them all let by Meade. The purchases were smooth. We need the let properties to be managed well, easy for us, and good for the tenants so they stay. Meade is first class and we have shifted management to use only them in the East London area. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Flat sale during a time of cladding issues and COVID lockdowns - Michael and Billy worked hard to secure a buyer for our flat in Bow in early 2020 and then managed to keep the transaction ongoing while a low-level cladding issue was resolved. They were responsive and provided useful advice throughout. We would recommend them to others.

We have been very happy with our experience as landlords with WJ Meade. We paid for the highest level of management as our property is not near our home. Both the letting and maintenance services are responsive and competent. We have dealt with the same individuals for a few years, and they all know the area well and are experienced and efficient.

Recent contact with WJ Meade has been nothing but favourable as it has proved to be throughout my dealings with the company. The staff are professional and proficient and have always kept me informed when required to do so. when they have promised to call back they have always done so when they have diarized activities this has also been done to schedule.
