Paige goes above and beyond in every situation!

This review is for Paige Ford specifically and also the MG team that supported her. Paige is an incredibly responsive, helpful, genuine and supportive agent! From the time she has been an agent for my flat, she has been extremely quick to act and resolve any and all issues I have had. Today, she went above and beyond. I had left an important visa document in my flat and was stuck in a different country. Even though Paige didn’t have to do this, she went out of her way to get a locksmith she procured to access my flat, retrieve the document, leave it in the safe hands of my neighbour to be couriered back to me. She took significant time out of her busy schedule to do this favour which is certainly beyond her role. It is because of her that I’m now able to travel back to the UK after a horribly stressful time. You definitely will not meet a better person or agent than Paige! Very grateful for the help and support I received from her and the MG team.

Gabriella found our new property - swiftly gave us details and arranged for us to view it very quickly , allowing us to make offer and secure the property.She also organised the sale of our old house and secured a solid sale to first time buyers. Throughout the process Gabriella always communicated with us very well, maintained the momentum of the chain and pushed for exchange for all parties involved. After Sophie Henry and her team were so fantastic with my parents, finding then a buyer for their house and then finding them a new property to move to, when it came to putting my flat on the market there was no question which agent i was going to go with.Sophie Matt and Andrino were amazing and managed to get my flat under offer within 3 weeks of it being on the market. Great experience with Antony

We had a great experience with Antony, who showed us around a few properties. He was very friendly yet professional; we felt we could ask him as many questions as possible without feeling rushed. He gave us enough time to look at all the rooms and kept the conversation flowing to build a great rapport. As a landlord, I have been using Martyn Gerrard as my preferred letting agent since 2009.I have always found MG to be professional, polite, diligent, timely in their communication and always upfront.Their service has been nothing but exemplary at every level.In particular, my recent interactions with Jessica Haynes has been smooth and painless for which I am very grateful. Horrible experience dealing with Jay Y.

Jay Yildirim from Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents was not good at negotiating the offer we made for a house we were interested in. He never met us in person even after having had a few viewings and having made a serious offer. He always spoke for the seller without actually getting back to them and asking for their real opinion and thoughts which created a big mess. It was horrible and we eventually lost interest because of this. Thanks!

I first reached out to Martyn Gerrard about viewing 1 property. Daniel H quickly and promptly got in touch to get details of what we were looking for and then actually told me about other potential properties that might better suit our needs. He took us on 3 viewings and was really knowledgable and very happy to answer any questions we had. We actually ended up going for one of the properties he had recommended that we view so big thanks to Daniel for finding us our new home! Daniel was really helpful throughout the referencing process and was always on hand to answer any questions and regularly checked in with us. We move in this week and he has been really great at providing the info we need, made sure that timings were effectively communicated (e.g. inventory, arrival of furniture, etc), has personally checked on the property for us and even sent us a video so we can see what the property is looking like and plan our move. I would highly recommend Daniel H - he has been fantastic throughout this process.

Great estate agents, especially Jaysuri Roach!

We have recently sold our property with Martyn Gerrard and the team have been fantastic. Our main contact for the sale was Jaysuri Roach, and five stars doesn't feel enough for the level of service, support and assistance he gave us during the sale. I feel the true mark of a company is how they deal with problems (especially as they were in no way caused by Jay!) but the hiccups we had with the sale along the way were made so much easier to deal with knowing Jay was on the end of the phone and his "don't worry - I'm on it!" was always followed up with updates and resolutions. Jay genuinely cares and he was an absolute joy to work with.

My wife and I are very much frustrated with some issues related to the vendor and thinking to quit the purchasing stopping the exchange of contract.David has been, in many instances and even cancelling his annual leaves, kindly coordinating, negotiating and providing his professional advice and perspectives to us that keeps the deal to continue and finally done. I instructed Matt in the Southgate branch to sell my house. From the first visit he had done his homework, found the information from when I bought the property even though it wasn't through MG. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the property market. he suggested an open day and we had 21 views, 6 offers and achieved and sold for £40k over the asking price with no chain. All the staff in the Southgate office have been a pleasure to work with Stewart, Adriano, Chloe and the others. The communication has been regular and consistent. Excellent advice and very effective teamwork

Having changed agents I have a good comparitive view and I can honestly say MG were incredibly impressive right from the start. The speed with which all the details were organised and the sophisticated use of technology to the efficiency of the people in the office up to and including Jenna, office manager, made the listing and viewing and administyration process was speedy and efficient. A good number of viewings were achieved and after two well handled price reductions a well qualified buyer made an acceptable offer. We are waiting to agree an exchange date so the sale can proceed.Specifically I would like to highlight the skills of Raphael Spiro Barrett, Senior Sales Negotiator who was my main contact and the quality service from Raph and his team. We worked with a very competent team, specifically Jenna (manager) and Gabriela (our agent), who were the main members involved in the sale of our property. Jenna is knowledgeable about market pricing and made a fair assessment of the potential premium pricing as well as achievable market pricing. Gabriela, our main contact did not waste our time with constant viewing for the sake of creating traffic but was instead deliberate with selecting the right prospects leading to the final conclusion on the sale. Honest, Helpful, Hardworking and ultimately the best choice I feel

They were great. having researched local EAs I arranged a visit from three including Annie from Martyn Gerrard in Kentish Town. Of the two other agents (whom I will not name) One appeared brusque even arrogant, the other left me feeling manipulated. In contrast Annie was modest and attentive. The valuations had a huge variation but Martyn Gerrards being in the middle - matched my own assessment of the market. I should add that Annie was the only agent who came to premises having done their homework, looked at similar properties recently sold. The hiccup was that this occurred a few days before the Trussonomic incendiary of the mini budget so the property asking price did have to be lowered. Annie and Cem who also dealt with the property both helped me enormously in understanding what was happening and managing my own expectations and I am about to complete after getting two offers above the new asking price. They have been a great deal of help and special thanks to Cem for watering my plants while I was away - amongst other generous offers of help. So a big thanks to Annie, Cem and Roland. I felt I could trust you from the beginning and you didn't let me down.
