I can't fault his service. He always listened to our needs/concerns, and was always pleasant and positive. We are very unhappy. We are a family with a new born child. For 48 days, the heating equipment of the house has been cut off and unfortunately they did not take any action.. Their service is only for setting up the contract and we are very dissatisfied after no response. In general, they have no benefit for others, they only care about their own benefit
