The team were really keen to start working with us and provide great support to the school via our Winter and Summer Fairs. They are always responsive, provide great artwork, raffle prizes and sponsorship. They have a genuine interest in Eleanor Palmer and the other schools they partner with and are a genuine pleasure to engage with. Without our additional fund raising the children would get no school trips, new climbing frames, music lessons, etc. so we are grateful for the work they do and support they provide. So Martyn Gerrard estate agents decided whilst paying the rent that’s owed on the 18th of every month. Decided that it was ok to not pay the rent on the 18th and they with sort it out the following week. The accounts team apparently went home!
We sincerely apologise for the delay you experienced in receiving the rent payment. We understand how crucial it is for landlords to receive timely payments, and we always strive to ensure rent is transferred promptly. In this instance, it appears there was a delay in receiving the rent into our account. Whether this was due to the tenant paying late or a delay in the banking system, we can't tell. However, as soon as the payment was received into our account, we immediately processed it, and you should have received the rent on the 20th.We appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Martyn Gerrard acted for me on the sale of a house in Southgate. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to find a large number of potential buyers. They arranged and managed a lot of viewings over a short period with no inconvenience to me. This led to several offers being received and they were able to advise on the factors I should take into account in choosing one to accept. They subsequently performed a useful liaison role and were always helpful and constructive when I needed to approach them.

Worst company to deal with!!! Let my flat through them with rent guarantee, the tenants decided not to pay and I am left out of pocket! What is the purpose of your rent guarantee scheme if you can't guarantee the rent. Worst communication ever, emails are hardly replied, person dealing with you is never in office! DO NOT USE THEM!
Hi Mr Fernando, we are sorry you have had this problem and that our communication with you has not been as we would want. We understand there was an issue with the rent guarantee in this particular instance as only part of the money due to you was paid out after the tenant - who had been paying the rent properly for some time - suddenly stopped paying. As you know our Head of Property Management has been working on this for you and has now got the insurance company to pay all the money due to you.Again we are sorry that you have had these issues and that it has taken longer than we would have expected to sort out with the insurers.

Horrible experience having to deal with this company. Their contractors for one of their buildings have damaged our property, and after originally saying they’ll look into it, they’ve ignored me since. It’s been 2 weeks since the damage occurred and there’s been no progress. Unscrupulous company - avoid.
Hi Ben, we understand that the issue you're experiencing relates to the building next door, managed by our Block Management team. We’ve been in touch with you via email and phone to keep you informed, and we’ll continue to keep you informed as we follow up with the contractor to resolve this as quickly as possible.The repairs were necessary to address a leak affecting your flat and our property. We replaced the capstones on the parapet wall between the two properties, as the old rendering on both sides was severely damaged and likely the main cause of the leaks. Unfortunately, it seems the contractor did not clean up properly after finishing their work, and we are actively pursuing them to rectify this. However, we believe the damage to the wall was due to the age and condition of the rendering rather than the contractor’s actions. With the new capstones in place, we expect this should prevent any further leaks.
