There is no doubt in our mind that the fee charged by this estate agent was completely earnt and some!
Think twice before you go with an alternative estate agent option, you don't know how many twists and turns you will need help with when buying and selling ,we thought we were hardened property sellers - not the case.

Found a listing on Zoopla by this company, got in touch with them and told them to either email me the details of the tenancy and send me the video of the apartment, if the apartment met my needs and requirements I was ready to pay the holding deposit for this property, they told me that they will get in touch with me as soon as they can, week goes by, they never do. No email no phone call no what’s app message, even though I specifically asked them to get in touch as soon as they can. Now the property is off the market. I do not understand why make all these promises and lose a potential customer by not getting in touch with them.
