Sophie and Adriano were the best estate agents I came across during my search to find a home for my parents. They were respectful to all parties and most of all kind and efficient to help make the process as pain free as possible within their means.. I recommend them highly.

A professional and thorough approach

We came to MG after a bad experience with another local agent, and were very impressed by their thorough and professional approach. They were very proactive in providing documents and explaining what we needed to do. The whole process has been very smooth and gives us confidence for the future.

Martyn Gerrard are extremely professional

Martyn Gerrard were great to work with. They always did what they said they were going to do...not always my experience with some estate agents! The valuation process, advice and mechanics of getting photographed, particulars agreed, viewings arranged and negotiating with interested buyers, coordinating the other elements of the chain...all went extremely smoothly. Not to mention achieving the price suggested. We couldn't have expected any more. Bravo Martyn Gerrard...and Mark and Annie!
