TrustpilotKind and helpful agent
We visited two different properties offered to let by this agency and the agent who dealt with us was very kind, attentive and patient. We have had several negative experiences until now with other agencies, so it was really refreshing to have someone so helpful when viewing a property.During the viewing he guided us through the house and answered all of our questions with patience and care.I wish more agents were like him!

TrustpilotGreat service, straight open communication and results achieved
Martyn Gerrard, and in particular Andreas and Raj from the team were fantastic in our house sale. They were professional and persisted to get the right interest, and buyers for our house. We had listed under joint agents and they far out performed the other agency in terms of professionalism, communication and client care.

TrustpilotArzu was great!
Arzu was great! She is super responsive and friendly. She's really great at helping first time buyers who don't know the process, especially when chasing dodgy solicitors and was really on it throughout the whole purchase. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotThanks to Fatmir
Thanks to Fatmir, me and my partner got the property we wanted. He worked so hard to help us achieve this after a rollercoaster start and went above and beyond and even now, after moving in he’s still so helpful. Definitely a great asset to the company and just an all round lovely guy!

TrustpilotExcellent experience
Zlatko and Jatin are the best estate agents I have come across in my search for a new home. They are very knowledgeable and polite people and have a great understanding of the market. They also know the value of the time and always willing to give that extra bit more to make their clients happy. I consider myself very lucky to have been dealing with those excellent professionals like Jatin and Zlatko.

TrustpilotGreat agent
This agent is great and different from others we spoke with when choosing who to list with for our house. They value customer service and always provide updates, especially from Sophie. She was super knowledgeable and professional and was able to guide us through our sale at every step. I would recommend asking for her specifically if you can!

It’s really rare to find good estate agents out there but Jessica has been amazing assisting me in my last year and helping to secure a longer lease during these hard times. Really can’t fault her service. 5 ⭐️!

GoogleI met Mr Faisal Azim for the first time in July 2023 for letting services of my house in South gate, London. From day one, the kind of guidance I got from him was exemplary, authentic and simplistic. He guided me on what work I need to do in the earliest time to get the highest rental yield. I followed his advice and it benefitted me a lot. Most importantly he got me a very nice tenant without wasting any time. He is very nice in nature and always picks up the phone which is very important in a service industry. I am so happy to be his customer and would 100% recommend to any new customer looking for a hassle free journey in real estate and letting. Date of experience: 10 November 2023

TrustpilotCraig Thomkins
Craig Thomkins went well beyond what you would expect. Ours was a difficult and protected endeavour. He remained focused and positive throughout. The effort he put in on my behalf was phenomenal. No exaggeration on my part!

GoogleAndreas was very helpful in assisting with a client's property sale, particularly as the buyer had appointed a well known and inept conveyancing firm. I would definitely recommend him to other clients with property in the area. He was efficient, knowledgeable and pro-active but without the overbearing chasing that comes with some agents. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.
