I met Mr Faisal Azim for the first time in July 2023 for letting services of my house in South gate, London. From day one, the kind of guidance I got from him was exemplary, authentic and simplistic. He guided me on what work I need to do in the earliest time to get the highest rental yield. I followed his advice and it benefitted me a lot. Most importantly he got me a very nice tenant without wasting any time.He is very nice in nature and always picks up the phone which is very important in a service industry. I am so happy to be his customer and would 100% recommend to any new customer looking for a hassle free journey in real estate and letting.
