Viewed a few houses with them now and always been a really positive experience. In particular Fatmir has been incredible helpful, thoughtful and professional. He’s also been very flexible, making sure everything works for us.

GoogleI have been renting a 4bd flat in Southgate through Martyn Gerrard for the last 3 years, and the experience has been just appalling. The property management only favors the landlord, and MG would rather avoid making repairs to the property and let repair issues to run for months (sometimes years) until you basically leave the flat and this becomes other renters’ problem. I’ve been renting properties in London for 20 years and this has been our worse experience by far. Avoid at all costs!

TrustpilotMartyn Gerrard and Moshi
Martyn Gerrard have been letting my properties for several years and they have always delivered quality service and tenants. I have dealt with many agents as property developer and landlord and must say haven’t found any to match the quality of MG this far. Recently I was impressed again by Moshi who I believe has recently joined the team. Must say another good addition to the team. Impressed me with his sales skill and delivered what he promised. With 24 hours arranged access, visited the property, completed valuation and then sent me the T&Cs including and attractive rental valuation, all in less than 24 hours. Confident he will deliver the end result as his colleagues have done in the past.
