Matthew and Christian came to my property to resolve a plumbing leak my neighbour had because the neighbour was unreachable. It was causing damage to my property over a 3 week period. Once I spoke to Matthew who was acting on behalf of the freeholder, he organised for himself , Christian and another colleague to attend and fix the issue. They were helpful, friendly and practical, turned up when they said ans did a great job I really appreciate it as was at a loose end knowing what to do. Thank you

I recently sold my property in Crouch End and was very pleased that I chose the local branch of Martyn Gerrard to manage the process. From the very beginning to the end the whole team worked seamlessly to provide me with a fantastic, efficient and professional service, if my main contact Abby was out of the office on business then other team members were fully aware of progress and could answer my questions so there was no time lost, something which shows good teamwork and was really appreciated. James provided a valuation with quality recent sales data to justify it, they had clearly done their homework and knew the market well. He suggested a marketing strategy which worked very well and within a couple of weeks the property was under offer with multiple offers received and considered with advice from the team. Due to circumstances we were working to a hard deadline to complete and during the sale negotiations James and Abby kept a close eye on developments and played an active role in solving questions and issues which arose during the process. I don’t think its an exaggeration to say that without their professionalism and diligence the sale would not have gone through. I can honestly say it was a real pleasure working with the whole team from beginning to end and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Raj and the team did what they promised from the start. They held an open weekend for the sale of our mothers house immediately and within days they brought in a string of appointments for it which resulted in an offer. They not only helped us through negotiations but they had a list of contacts for clearance companies etc to make things easier. Myself and my family cannot speak more highly of them. They kept us in the loop at all times. Made a stressful situation stressfree - thanks guys

Daniel was brilliant in helping us secure our flat in the north London area. He was very professional and walked us through each step of the process in a very efficient manner. There was a slight complication with our offer email which had been quarantined by the email system and therefore not delivered to Daniel, however as we had expressed keen interest to him on the day of viewing, he took the time to call and follow up before sending the offers to the landlord, in which he then found a solution to ensure our offer was considered. We would highly recommend Daniel and Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents.

We have just exchanged on our house, and very happy with the price we got for it. Unfortunately we had a buyer pull out right before exchange but Mark and Cem managed to get us another buyer within days which ended in a smooth quick sale with lovely buyers. Very good communication from Mark throughout the process, he was a big help with lots of knowledge as I had never sold a property before and he always answered my many questions promptly and in depth. Thanks to Jessica, the renewal consultant, the process has been swift and set up in a way that required minimum input from my side. With equal efficiency Damla, the property manager, and Greg, the team's director, have been very helpful in resolving any issues with the property. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an efficient, helpful and reliable team.

We have been very impressed with Martyn Gerrard from the very first moment that we spoke to Declan when he contacted us about a house he thought we would be interested in. The subsequent communication, help and advice by all at the office really kept us going in what has been a lengthy and often challenging process, especially within today's market challenges. Looking to move can be very stressful and exciting and the same time, however being looked after by Stewart and his team made the journey a lot more exciting than stressful. The whole team were very friendly and professional and Stewart really understood our needs and found my family the dream property. From my first initial call, to the day we got the keys my wife and I were treated fantasticly even with all of our questions and multiple visits to the house. (Great PatientTeam) We got there in the end and I would recommend to anyone looking to get a property in North London to give Stewart and his team a call.
