GoogleI doubt the professional integrity of this company. I was interested in renting a flat and was happy to make a higher offer on the rent than the asking price. I was told that the landlord chose the first viewer and refused any extra money, i.e. the best offer, agreeing to let it out at the asking price. Now, does that make sense to you? Certainly not to me.

GoogleA disaster! The agent wasn´t honest when we wanted to let a fine property. We spoke clearly about a date problem to let from the beginning. She told us that she told it to the landlords and it wasn´t true. At the end, we missed the letting house. But it wasn´t a problem for her because she had got her commission.

GoogleAwful. Couldn't care less about residents. Dozens of residents at one particular development encountered issues with parking wardens but Ian Gibbs were quite happy to let residents be harassed for parking on their own street and never lifted a finger to help
