GoogleI have been trying to find alternative accommodation for a considerable period of time. Unfortunately, without success, until I consulted Nikita at Haarts Estate Agent. I have found her to be very enthusiastic, customer service and care absolutely brilliant, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. I have actually saved Haarts Estate Agents should I need to move again in the future. Please give the young lady a star award, she is an asset to Haarts. Nikita in particular was extremely proactive in setting up viewings, giving feedback and getting a good price particularly after my parents had a setback with their first buyer. Nikita found us a cash buyer just 10 days later at the end of November. We completed on my sister's flat within 10 weeks and have exchanged contracts on my parents house thanks to Haart.

GoogleFrom the very first point of contact, I felt at ease and assured that my move would be handled well by haart. Tanika took on my referral and was with me through every single process - even when there was no process or a waiting period, she always said that I could call in if I had any queries. She always let me know when she would be in the office or on leave. If she was away she would mention any of her colleagues names that would assist me in her absence. I never felt as though I was left to manage things on my own. This shows the spirit and importance of team work between tenant (myself), landlord and agent. I feel confident to refer anyone to haart thanks to their standard of professionalism and especially my agent Tanika who also called to check I had settled in. Thank you so much.
