GoogleJack and Nikita from Haart were quite amazing in finding a constant stream of good quality, end-user, and ready- to-proceed potential purchasers to view our house. They then turned a dozen or so potentials into two genuine buyers and obtained the price we needed. Lia then took over and was magnificent in sorting out any hiccups along the way to exchange of contracts and completion (as well as calming me down and cheering me up). I highly recommend Haart to all Enfield house sellers.

GoogleJack ELSTON and the Haart Enfield team took care of a sale for me. Haart came on top of the agencies I had met, as they were fully receptive to the specifics of my requests for the property sale mandate. While the commission was higher than other candidates, so was the promise of service. The expectations were set high, met and exceeded. A responsive team, an excellent end-to-end service, thanks to the internal mortgage team, speed when required. Haart Enfield has certainly won me over. I highly recommend them to prospective sellers trying to get the best price for the sale of their house or flat in the Edmonton or Enfield area.

GoogleHaart & Mortage ,Jonathan Perrotta Mortage adviser, Absolutely useless mortgage team. I was charged £500.00 for mortgage I did not get, they refuse to give my money back. Please be ware they advise is useless and their application absolutely wont get you a mortgage. They lied to me that the application was successful so they can take my £500, after 2 months I found out from my state agent that my mortgage was declined. Than I went to a state agent Antony Pepe spoke to their financial adviser and my mortgage was approved in 5 working days. Please be ware do not pay unless your mortgage is approved. Best regards A. GoogleI have found that the Staff at the Enfield branch of Harts. Were really professional and helpful. To Jack thank you for all your assistance and allowing me to rant. To Lia who held my hand through the signing of contracts and helping me send the documentation , which I know was over and beyond her job. Thank you. To Adam who calmed me down while I was having a melt down just before exchanging Thank you. This was a very emotional sale for me however guys were very kind. I would recommend you any time..
