GoogleMy experience with Haarts has been good. From the beginning Haarts worked tirelessly to get myself a buyer for my house. Lia , who deals with the buyer, working through mortgages etc.., very tenacious, very diplomatic, to finally achieve the end goal! Contracts exchanged!

GoogleLeft an enquiry for a property last week Tuesday for rent , not received a call back and chased several Times and got transferred through to head office. Got through to a rude female called Rogenta who stated the reason we haven’t called you because the landlord has plans and we have nothing else to offer you. Very unprofessional, Rude and lazy. Being I work in the same industry rather appalled we are using lines like “I don’t know what you want me to say “ to prospective customers. Absolutely dire service very disappointed.

GoogleI changed Estate Agents to Haart after wasting my time with a previous agent who was offering a lower rate to sell my house. The saying ‘you get what you pay for’ couldn’t have been more appropriate. From start to finish the team at Haart Enfield (Jack, Lia and Jay) made the whole process of selling my house a breeze and removed most of the stress. The day my property went on the market I had plenty of viewings with 3 good offers, one of which I accepted. Throughout the sale process I was kept up to date with regular emails and calls which resulted in the sale completing within my time frame. I would definitely recommend Haart for anyone wishing to sell their property in the future.

GoogleFrom the first meeting to the last I cannot commend how professional and helpful the team at Haarts Enfield Town have been. We had prior negative experience using a different agent but Haarts when over and above. They understood our need for a “right sale” rather than a “quick sale”. The team helped guide us through the process, advising and supporting us through what is a difficult and somewhat hard process. Jack and Nikita are some the nicest and most professional people you would meet and I would recommend them without any concern.
