GoogleI am extremely satisfied at the service I received from staff at Haart Estate Agents in Enfield Town. They are all lovely, polite and very helpful. I was updated frequently on how the viewings went and thereafter once I had a buyer. First point of contact was Jack Elston, the Manager, who came to my home; he gave me a valuation and explained the process of selling. Nikita Sachania was my main contact in showing people around, but also had dealings with Adam Blake. Once I had a buyer Lia Demetriou dealt with my buyer and all the transactions/legal issues involved. I could call any of them at any time if I should have any questions, or even pop into the office without an appointment - they always had time and were always cheerful. I would definitely recommend Haart.

GoogleNever ever using this Estat agents again they are unprofessional it takes 1 hour to credit check I have many different business they waste my time it took 8 days for checking my credit ad the end my credit was excepted but it was too late for me to move in so they didnβt return Β£600 deposit I paid in for credit check.
Dear Mr Morad A basic credit check does take and hour but not an elite full reference which we take out as best practise for our landlords. The referencing company need employers or accountants to reply and verify the in-putted info so it can take days if they do not reply in a timely fashion. we agreed another move in date as this was taking longer than expected you then pulled out on day of move in. it was a shame you decided to not move in to the lovely property.

There's a time when I almost gave up to search for property, but when I found a property with haart, it was the start of my happiness. GoogleI had the pleasure of interacting with Michaela C. and it was by far the lovely experience Iβve ever had with an estate agent. She was honest, incredibly friendly and incredibly supportive. As a first time buyer, I can be quite anxious when dealing with agents because Iβve had a few that have abused my lack of knowledge. Unlike other agents, Michaela didnβt do that nor did she make me feel pressured or feel lied to throughout the whole process. Sheβs such an asset to the Haart team in Enfield.
