I mostly dealt with James who is very helpful and always kept me up to date on all the properties available, always on time for viewing.He cared about finding the right home for us in the area we wanted. Paris has been very understanding and very helpful and respectful and I thank him for all he is doing.... Overall equity is a good estate agent and I'm happy to be one of their tenants

Androulla who has been tirelessly assisting with tenant issues unrelated to Equity or their management of the property. Mark who supported us from the first contact call with sound advice. Saby who conducted thorough background checks with the new tenants and finalising the tenancy agreement in the most efficient way. Kyri for assisting with the licencing side of things. GoogleHaving experienced Equity as a sales agent, I had no hesitation in contacting them to deal with a letting on my behalf, I knew I made the right choice as soon as I met Mark the manager of the Lettings department. When the real work of letting my property out they assisted me through the whole project, trust me as a new landlord this can be quite daunting and confusing. I was handed over to Sabi who was an absolute dream to work with who communicated with me and kept me informed of all aspects, they found the tenant, carried out all relevant checks. I really could not fault them. I would highly recommend to any new landlord to go with Equity as they are really easy to deal with, highly knowledgeable and professional, I could say so much more about Equity, Mark and Sabi but I think anyone reading this will get the idea. Thank you Equity, Mark, Sabi and the rest of the team.
