GoogleThe Equity Estate Agent is a household name or brand with a difference. My experience with them made me realise what good quality really means. The office set-up is itself a mark of great quality. The neatness in the office is enough attraction to lure one to set up a contract with them Value for money permeates all their activities and appointments are met with divine precision. The strict bureaucracy in their dealings with the public seems a nuisance to the untrained but an attraction to seasoned customers like me. A few names that come to mind for professional conduct include but not limited to Saby, Harry, James, Nick etc. All the staff I met had built-in attention to detail and would insist on quality delivery channels with no room for short-cuts. I had occasion to speak to an off-duty staff who volunteered to transfer me to a staff on duty to deal with an important issue. GoogleThis is my second time renting a house with Equity and can’t say anything bad. Saby led us though the whole process smoothly and was always there for us. Very professional, friendly and quick. It was stressful time for me, however Saby and the whole team were doing everything to ease it for me. We’re really really happy and appreciate all efforts they made to find a new house for us. GoogleWe decided to use Equity, as one of our friends had used them and recommended them to us. When Mark came to value our property, he was very professional and informative and gave us all the information we needed. Then, Harry contacted us to arrange viewings and he was fantastic. Harry was professional, reliable and answered any queries promptly. Later, I had a chance to meet Sabi, who was very professional and reliable. She was very helpful, answering any remaining questions that we had. Equity is currently managing our property and we are extremely happy to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleOne of my best experiences of an estate agent - quick, smooth and very understanding. I initially met Harry at the property - he was very kind, approachable and put my mind at rest whenever I had a query. I later was introduced to Saby who made the rest of the transition easy. Both were very understandable, helpful and flexible. I really appreciate the support they provided me with during the move, as we all know it can all be very stressful. Thank you so much.

I have frequently changed passwords, now blocked, Have been on FB for decades - was having computer problems, so easier just to change passwords frequently until resolved - no warning from FB on this being a problem, nor any sort of "waiting" time apparent before you can use FB again after changing password. This is unacceptable!

I am 73 and was convinced by my wife to sign up on Facebook for the first time. I followed the sign up instructions and as soon as I completed the video selfie a notice of appeal appears. The next day I get a notice that I have been banned from Facebook. I guess I am too ugly to be on it.

We use a third-party company to distribute our leaflets and are extremely disappointed to hear they have behaved in this way. This is certainly not the standard we expect, and we’re grateful to you for bringing it to our attention. We will be raising this issue directly with the distribution company, as it’s not only frustrating for residents, but also reflects poorly on us, despite us having no involvement in how they deliver the leaflets once distributed.
