TrustpilotAccount hacked, cant recover
Had an account for over 10 years, it got hacked and I have tried every conceivable way to recover it, but its not possible. I don't live and have never been to India, why would I sign in from another country then change my email address. You think a company worth billions could figure out suspicious behaviour.

GoogleI have just let my property with equity again (new tenants) and was helped through the process by mainly Stanley pre finding tenants and Saby post finding tenants. Both were very professional, helpful and always willing to talk through any of my questions. They tried to be as useful as they could, which was much appreciated, I would recommend using equity.

She was very patient with me and answered all the questions I had. She was very professional and highly knowledgable on whatever I had asked her. Moving house in a pandemic is never easy but they made the whole process bearable and kept me in the know throughout the whole process. Aaliyah was fantastic, she knew the areas very well, alongside local schools, which was a bit part of my criteria. I would highly recommend her. GoogleI could not be happier with the service I received from Equity. I used Equity twice over the past 8 years for buying a property and for selling it. Both times they were amazing to deal with. Matthew was very professional and friendly, he did the property valuation, placed the property the market and found the buyer after a single viewing!!! Helen, my point of contact, was very professional, helpful, friendly and absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was involved in a very complicated chain as I was selling and buying, but Helen made this process as easy as possible. She was always prompt in responding. I asked her a million and one questions throughout and she patiently answered to every single of them. GoogleAfter having met and spoken with many agents in the area, I have to say that Aaliyah was by far the most professional and responsive. She listened to us and responded well to our many questions. She was able to make us feel at ease and comfortable while maintaining a professional environment, throughout our interaction. She followed up efficiently after the viewings, but in a way that was not overwhelming. Her emails were prompt and very clear and she offered us addition contact numbers so we could speak to her directly and was generally really great. For many people, buying a home is a big decision, having a professional presence that appreciates how emotional it was for my mum was so nice. GoogleEquity were thorough in all aspects of finding a tenant. They advertised well, arranged and conducted viewings, vetted well and only recommended suitable potential tenants. They were always accessible, friendly and helpful on the phone and we are very pleased with all aspects of their service.

They changed for the worse. Too many ads and the algorithm can get very annoying. The bots are very sensitive so when they feel slighted they ban you.
