I've been dealing with Equity since 2007 and the quality of service has never failed to disappoint!I am always kept update to date with recent changes and regulatory updates and most importantly I have never felt just like a number.The service has always felt tailored to my needs and requirements. Amongst many of the Equity team there has been one particular member that has stood out for me, and that is Androulla Charalambous who has has been exceptional. Androullas persistence to succeed, organised and logical methodology makes her function ten steps ahead which makes the overall service extremely pro-active rather than re-active.However, it isn't just one person that makes an organisation function well - Big thanks to Mark, Paris, Kevin and the rest of the team!

Feedback for EquityThe team at Equity done an absolutely fantastic job selling my house. As we put the house up for sale just before Xmas 2019, it was a tough time to think about getting a sale, but just 26 days after the resumption of business in the new year we achieved a sale. Special mention to Josh for the initial contact and getting the ball rolling, and to Pablo and Matt who brought round a constant stream of people to view the house. During my search for a new property. I was help by Equity Estate Agent. The staff are very helpful and polite. my agent Julia was good in what she does. Her mannerism also is very good. Her calmness and the way she applied herself and the time she takes to complete each task, in getting be into a property is amazing. Especially as I was looking during the Christmas time. My parents had the pleasure of meeting Darren from the Equity Enfield..the most helpful person ive met..any questions(and there was a lot) any problems simply resolved..anytime ive messaged ive always got a reply and help..the whole process of selling the property was much easier thanks to Darren ..definetly would recommend the agency and if u r a person who do need a suppoert with all those steps while buying or selling definetly ask for Darren.:-)

We can truly reccommend Equity Enfield Town to anyone wanting to sell a house in the Edenbridge Rd area. Pablo and his team have shown the utmost professionalism from the first contact. We researched what 3 agents had sold most properties in Edenbridge Rd before choosing one, and we now understand why Equity came out tops. With weekly update phone calls, the process never became stressful, as we were always kept in the loop of where we were in the selling process.Gabbi should also be mentioned, as she took some amazing photos that clearly helped to sell the property. Writing this from our new home in Wales where WI FI has just been installed. A huge thank you to Josh and all the team at Enfield for making our house sale go as easily as possible. From the initial contact to handing over the keys we felt looked after and valued and as if nothing was too much trouble or trivial to ask. Yes there were hitches along the way, these were handled with professionalism and concern and an attention to detail that ensured a successful outcome. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and most helpful but Josh was outstanding, he did his job over and above our expectations. Kyrie was great! Always so helpful, happy to help and got us a viewing so quickly, was a great communicator between the sellers and us the buyers. After a bad experience with purple bricks Kyrie was a breath of fresh air and got the property closed at a great pace. Would definitely look at equity if we were looking to sell our property.

Clear and regular updates. Paris especially was really helpful with finding out information that the solicitor had asked for. Darren and the team provided updates when requested. Overall, Equity provided an efficient service. (The only negative experience we had was with the solicitor recommended by Equity, who we found to offer quite a poor service in terms of communication.)

Sold my property through Equity six weeks ago and managed to move to my new property before the Government advise to not move. This was mainly due to the professionalism of the staff at Equity, particularly Darren who has been so helpful. I had many last minute queries regarding the sale. He never failed to call me back or text me, even when he was off duty weekend and evenings.I would highly recommend the EQUITY team.
