From the minute we had an offer on our property, Darren was on the case, providing us with regular updates on the progress of the sale, being the point of contact between ourselves, the buyer, the multiple chain, the chains estate agents etc etc! The Equity Sales team sold 2 flats for me in 2022. Darren, Helen and the team were absolutely amazing. They constantly kept me updated about the sale and explained things to me that i wasnt sure about, when hurdles came up, which they did with 1 of the flats, Darren was straight on the job to find a solution, speaking to all parties involved to make sure the sale completed. Thank you all for the dedication and hard work, we would definitely use Equity again.

Flat sale: sold relatively quickly, fees quite high, but communication wasn't great and we have felt a bit patronised by our point of contact throughout the process. The experience of using two agents on two different properties has been enlightening, our other agent couldn't be more on the ball or friendly. Highlight has been dealing with Gabby - if you need an answer or something doing, she is your girl - knowledgeable, quick, and very professional.

One word…… Oustanding. Cannot recommend Equity highly enough, in particular Darren and Helen. It was not an easy sale as there were issues with managing agents etc but Darren and Helen went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. These people really care. Any concerns/questions that I had were dealt with efficiently and promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have sold many properties over the years and have never had this level of service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Darren and team. You were amazing.

Darren was brilliant at holding together a very challenging chain where my 88 year old mother was moving from a house to a flat. We sold our house through Equity and can’t recommend them enough.From listing our property during the week, arranging an open day on the Saturday and us accepting an offer on the Monday!Special mention to Darren who listed the property and took professional photos. Matthew who showed our property and also dealt with our buyers.Helen especially has been absolutely fantastic, she works so so hard, it has been such a pleasure dealing with her. The customer experience has been outstanding and consistent sitting on the fence as both a buyer and seller. I have to say the team are an honest bunch. Kyrie and Darren definitely went the extra mile with selling my property, which was probably one of the most challenging properties to sell with all the negatives I.e courtyard garden and downstairs bathroom. Nevertheless, due to their experience and polished customer service skills, they did it. My first buyer pulled out and they found another buyer within weeks. They went above and beyond with their dedication, by working pass the hour. I also faced challenges with finding a property to buy, due to the shortage of properties and other external factors. They found me another property within a short space of time. Kyrie and Darren are a credit to Equity and definitely set the bar high. Definitely pivoting to the new, from the traditional practices of this sector. Helen was also great in ensuring I was kept up to date and with the chases.

Dealing with Kyrie made the process of looking for a house actually enjoyable. He was honest, on the ball but also never pushed us. He went above and beyond and was always on hand if we had a query. Unfortunately our house fell through as the seller pulled out but Kyrie really tried to keep things moving and always sent us other properties he thought would interest us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent, he was nothing like the cliches, just a down to earth guy who’s trying to get the job done and has everyone’s best interests at heart.

Fantastic team from start to finish. I felt a high level of confidence with each of the team at each stage. From Josh at the start to Kyrie selling my house and Darren throughout. Everyone responds quickly without having to be chased. Then Helen took over and gave me so much support throughout the sale progression of a tricky sale. We was thinking of moving and wanted a valuation, so booked in Darren Nelson from Equity as we had purchased our property from them and Darren in 2014 and was a very easy going experience back then. Darren was very helpful as per our previous encounter with him, and helped us, advised us and guided us along the way. Equity managed to get an offer on our property within a week of speaking to Darren. We were chain sellers, and through the management of Equity and specifically Darren and Helen, our first acceptance was also the eventual buyer of our property. The property we ended up purchasing was also through Equity and the wonderful help of Kyrie, Matthew and the rest of the team to help us get over the line. Both Darren and Helen, worked miracles to deal with somewhat slow solicitors involved in the process and their communication and keeping us up to date was one of the best things about them.
