GoogleDuring these difficult times, I am currently going through buying a new property and selling my property. I can only say positive things about the people that work at Equity especially Matthew who has been so efficient and extremely professional. Mathew has given me good advice and we are working on getting all surveys and paper work completed effectively. I would definitely ask for "Mathew" to be assigned to you👍🙂. The process with Equity was a pleasure from the moment we put the house on the market to when it was sold. There were a few ups and downs during the process but Darren was a real help and support during this period. They really delivered on 1st class service and we felt like we mattered to them. Darren always consulted me and kept me posted about the chain. A shout out to Matt, Aaliyah and Kyrie who were instrumental in getting viewers in and managing the offers whilst again communicating feedback on a timely basis. I wouldn't hesitate in using Equity again.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Equity. I used Equity twice over the past 8 years for buying a property and for selling it. Both times they were amazing to deal with. Matthew was very professional and friendly, he did the property valuation, placed the property the market and found the buyer after a single viewing!!! Helen, my point of contact, was very professional, helpful, friendly and absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was involved in a very complicated chain as I was selling and buying, but Helen made this process as easy as possible. She was always prompt in responding. I asked her a million and one questions throughout and she patiently answered to every single of them. Thank you for all your assistance Helen! x Equity has provided a great advice and support as well as introduced me to a fantastic solicitor. I would highly recommend Equity to all thinking of buying, selling or renting.

We have recently completed on a purchase of a property through Equity and from the initial property enquiry to completion we can not fault their service. Our first contact was with the lovely Aaliyah who dealt with booking in the viewing of the house we wanted to buy and then the offer being put forward to the vendor. Equity’s policy is they will only put an offer forward once buyers can produce I.D, proof of mortgage and that they also have proof of deposit. This obviously eliminates any time wasters.As you can imagine this is quite a nerve wracking stage to see if your offer has been accepted and Aaliyah was a true professional and was in contact with us whenever she had the smallest update and would always call us back when she said she would. Once our offer was accepted we were kept in the loop at all times during the conveyancing process by Darren at Equity. Due to our solicitors weak communication and at times being very difficult! If it wasn’t for Darren’s intervention and updates from the vendors solicitors side we would probably still be waiting for a completion date or even worse the vendor would’ve placed the property back on the market. We have another property that we hope to rent out and find the right tenants for so we will definitely be in touch with Equity again to see if their lettings department can help us. Thank you again Equity for helping us purchase our dream home!

I have dealt with many estate agents in multiple house sales but Darren is without a shadow of a doubt the best, most conscientious hard working agent that I have ever met. I cannot recommend him highly enough - without all his work above and beyond that of a normal agent our sale would have collapsed. I very rarely write reviews but cannot recommend Darren and Equity highly enough.

We purchased our property over 10 years ago through Equity and Darren specifically. So when it came time to sell, there was only one person we were ever going to use. Darren's communication and professionalism is excellent. He is very responsive with queries. He went above and beyond and actively assisted us in our chain on our purchase despite Equity not being the relevant estate agent and helped us get our onward purchase across the line.

The team at Equity were great to the first time they walked into the house to take pictures to working with us to ensure all of our needs were met. The no nonsense approach and being completely transparent about our asking price was extremely professional and they were great.Putting the house on the market and within a week selling it was amazing. We bought our property from Equity, so when we decided to move we requested their assistance again.We went back because of the service, the honesty and the bluntness (that is a great thing), we knew we could trust they would do an amazing job.We put our property in the market and it sold within a week. I couldn't recommend these guys more, particularly Darren who was literally our beacon (and Helen) throughout the entire process.You'd be nuts to consider anywhere else.

We used Equity to rent our flat, from initial consultation to the final signing of the agreement. The whole process went very smooth. Mark and his team (James,Jake, saby and paris) once instructed were on the case with arranging the viewings and open house and then doing a detailed check on our tenant and advising us. They kept us in the loop with regular updates. Also, to mention was the very detailed Inventory they did for our flat. We were going to manage the property ourself but based on the way Equity dealt with the whole process with no real hiccups. We decided to let Equity mange the Property too. We have already passed on their details to few of our colleagues at the block as their charges are very reasonable with no compromise on service.

Kyrie from Equity was professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated with properties coming onto the market. I called him for some general advice on buying in Enfield and he was kind enough to take the time to advise me on the current market, local schools and the area. Even though we didn't end up buying a property through Equity I would highly recommend Kyrie and the agency.

GoogleIf it was possible to give this place no stars i would. There was a property i wanted to rent they booked a viewing and sent me there. None of the staff from the agency showed up the current tenants greeted me. They just took my details and never called back and i can give a name to her name is gina. Shes a very rude person she allways has a rude attitude towards people. I do recommend of staying away

We had not yet found a property, however with the help of Josh we were able to find a desirable property within budget which myself and my partner were most pleased with. In particular, I was most impressed by the outstanding level of customer care given by Mark Szumski, Head of Sales and Lettings.
