Director Richard Oughton has over three decades experience in the local property market and has lived in Enfield for over 35 years. My main contact is Nadia Lanitis who is very experienced and has an excellent and up to date knowledge of the Enfield rental market. They have consistently provided a professional service to me in all matters concerned with both sales and lettings. They have always been punctual, provided advice and guidance when requested and responded to queries and issues in a most satisfactory manner. I have been a long-standing tenant for many years now and have found every aspect of my dealings with Nadia and other staff to be always 100% professional but more importantly, personal. I'm never made to feel as if I am "just a number" and that goes a very long way....I would highly recommend Ellis & Co in Enfield Town if you are looking for somewhere to rent where your interests will be secure and you will be looked after.

I have used the Enfield Town office since 2002 to manage the letting of my propery. I have always found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Nadia relates well with the tennants, immediately addresses any problems with the property and informs us of any issues.They have always achieved a good rental income for the property, taken up the appropriate references and avoided any vacant periods between tennants. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to any other landords/landladies.

I have found Ellis & Co very easy to work with and their service has be excellent. The approach Nadia and Sasha take is very personal and they both look after my interests more than other agencies have in the past. I would recommend that any Landlord should give them a go as the percentage they charge is reasonable considering the amount of work they put in on each property.
