Director Richard Oughton has over three decades experience in the local property market and has lived in Enfield for over 35 years. He is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP). The team all live in and around Enfield and have a combined experience in both residential sales and lettings of over 75 years, offering a depth of knowledge of the local area which is second to none. Ellis & Co in Enfield handled my mothers move from Cockfosters to Paddock Wood in Kent and we have no hesitatation in recommending them. From start to finish they kept us both informed of all developments and couldn't have been any more helpful. The whole process took just about 11 weeks from start to finish which took a super human effort from them all but especially Paul. Paul is a complete star and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house, he was brilliant.

GoogleShame there is not 0 stars. Arranged to view a property for 11.40 sat and he never showed up. Took me about 8 calls for anyone to awnser and when I did he told me viewings were at 11.30 yet booked for 11.40. There was no way he was even at the property doing viewings at 11.30 anyway as I had got there about 11.20. He told me he had not even had my name in the diary! When he awnserd he said he can be there after his next viewing so I said okay I can only wait 15 mins as I have another property to look at. I waited around 20 mins and he did not show up so I just left. Called this morning to complain to a manger and the same guy had awnserd and he was really rude and said he remembers me from the weekend and I never waited around for him ! I waited long enough and the agency is rude and a no show the guy was very rude towards me ! I would advise renting from there if there like that when showing people around and over the phone I dread to thing what type of agency they would be to look after your home

GoogleI have let my property with Ellis & Co for the last few years, and have always found them professional, honest and reliable. There are no hidden charges and they are completely straight with me at all times. I deal mostly with Nadia, but Richard also gets involved when Nadia isn't available and they seem to be singing from the same song sheet. They always look after my best interests - what more could you ask for?

After interviewing 3 estate agencies we went sole agent with Ellis & Co. Richard Oughton provided excellent advice about the correct manner to present the property for sale and with his very go-ahead attitude found a buyer almost immediately and at the price we wanted. The sale progressed extremely promptly and we had excellent feedback from both Richard and Nadia at all stages of the process. From placing thre property with Ellis & Co to completion/exchange took 8 weeks in total! A truly exceptional feat and I am extremely grateful to Richard and Nadia for their professionalism and courtesay throughout. I would definitely use them again.

If there is a problem or issues with the tenant or the flats she would solve it immediately and very professionally and at times she does not even inform of the issues as i trust her fully
