GoogleStaff were very patient and open to negotiation. Spoke at length about different options and showed me a good few units, despite how indecisive I was.

GoogleMarie at the Enfield store was very helpful and knowledgeable, and understood how to take the possible precautions considering the COVID-19 situation. I do think, however, that Big Yellow should provide its staff with masks to wear in the building and also provide sanitizer wipes for the moving carts. Marie was great but I think the company can be doing more to protect its staff and customers.
