GoogleUnfortunately very bad costumer service and rude staff members. Unfortunately this is my first bad experience with Big Yellow, but I hope the other branches will have better teams than this one.

GoogleTerrible. Quoted £27 took all my stuff then got hit with all the extra charges. Even charged me for the padlock. Please believe i am keeping the padlock; on my flipping wallet for the next time i need storage.

GoogleI was at this store on the 2nd August and it was not a good experience. I think the staff need to get over themselves. It's not like they've made it to the top of the career ladder working in Ponders End at a self-storage company - so an arrogant attitude does not suit. Also seems over-staffed.

GoogleAll the team here are lovely and so helpful. Whenever I need any help or advice they never fail to be exemplary in their work. Matt, Marie, Paul, Jason thumps up 🤩 …

GoogleGet quotes mandatory no price listing. Get quotes mandatory to start spamming emails i hate this kind of mental harassment . Just put your price list for any size and going to be simple

GoogleCan't thank the team in Enfield enough for their kindness and professional attention to my needs . Matt Marie Paul have been a credit to the company . Thank you

GoogleGood business concept and service. However, it is quite expensive for something as simple as a storage. It would be great for someone to think of an "uber"-concept storage and shake the market. There isn't enough competition, so Big Yellow hasn't improved on pricing.

GoogleThe place is amazingly clean, organised, they have friendly staff, Martin helped me so much yesterday and made the whole process quick and efficient. It is the second time i rent their storage in enfield and it always takes a lot of stress of my life by making the procedure very easy. Definitely recommend :)

GoogleRip off expensive …..limited access waste of money for me. They don't do refunds even if you are entitled to them. Definitely do not recommend

GoogleBig, clean. Only one thing I would say was an issue, the cost of rental is very high. Been with them a long time and think should offered a better deal because of this.

GoogleReally professional and easy to use. Prices are reasonable! Edit: prices were good with two months discounts.

GoogleHaving to use them but have been disgusted by their price hike, around 10% on top of what was already excessive, at a time we could least afford it. Unfortunately circumstances leave us with no alternative but remain with them.

GoogleMy experience involves booking, booking amend and check-in and it was great. I don’t think I will change my rating at the end of the storage.
