GoogleI have to agree with other reviewers the managers at enfield branch do catch people out. When my wife first called they gave us a price for every week which was reasonable. So we signed up and moved our things into the locker. After our half price introductionary offer ended after 8 weeks and we started paying our quoted full weekly price, we get another email from the manager telling us our weekly fee was increasing by another significant amount. This was after the introductory offer ended. Now we cannot afford to keep our locker and we are looking at other options. Is this a scam?
Agent replied · 10 June 2024
Hi David Thank you for leaving a review. We take all feedback very seriously. Transparency on costs is very important to us and we are sorry to hear your feedback. New customers benefit from our introductory offer for the first 8 weeks at 50% off their storage price. This offer is extremely transparent and is well communicated to all new customers by the store and on the website. However, if you would like to provide further details on this, please contact us at www.bigyellow.co.uk/contact-us/ Alternatively you can contact the Enfield team directly to discuss you agreement. The Big Yellow Team
