I have to agree with other reviewers the managers at enfield branch do catch people out. When my wife first called they gave us a price for every week which was reasonable. So we signed up and moved our things into the locker. After our half price introductionary offer ended after 8 weeks and we started paying our quoted full weekly price, we get another email from the manager telling us our weekly fee was increasing by another significant amount. This was after the introductory offer ended. Now we cannot afford to keep our locker and we are looking at other options. Is this a scam?

Really good service. From matthew at first contact, through then Maxine on follow up, then Marie - or Louise as i insisted on calling her - or is it the other way round? Anyway, all of them are so helpful and enthusiastic - especially to a newbie. The facility is the best in the area. Access is a breeze. Although the daytime opening is a little restrictive. I thought it was going to be 8-6 but seems more like 9-5....might need to check the t&c again

All good so far! We looked at a number of storage companies and Big Yellow impressed us with their prices and how efficient they were in responding to queries. The live chat function was excellent and the team were proactive in getting stuff sorted for us. Booking was simple, as was check-in. The store kept in touch with us right throughout the booking. Matt at the Enfield store was super helpful. He was also at the store when we checked-in and was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. The space we booked was just what we needed. I was impressed with the facility - clear and clean with lots of trolleys for moving stuff. Would recommend based on our experience so far.
