GoogleExtremely disappointed with this agent. 3rd time I've been let down. Wasting my valuable time and petrol going on appointments and being let down half hour before I arrive to view telling me its under offer...diabolical..never again.horrific .

Lucy has always had a brilliant grasp of what we were looking for and only showed us properties relevant to our requirements. She has always also been very friendly and happy to help us with requests such as valuations or advice on our own plans, for which I have been very grateful over the years. More recently I have been speaking with Rula for letting out our property. GoogleWhen we wanted to sell our house we met with three Estate Agents. Barnfields were by the far the most realistic, professional, confident and amenable of the three. They reassured us that the they would be able find us a buyer and guided us through the whole process seamlessly. They completely delivered on this promise - even though the house was put on the market just before lock-down was initiated and consequently the search for a buyer had to be temporarily paused. Coincidentally, Barnfields were also the agent who oversaw the purchase of our new house as well. All of the team were excellent, but Lucy in particular was fantastic and was more than helpful throughout. Overall, a significantly better experience then we've had with previous Estate Agents - we would definitely recommend. Thanks so much team - we love our new house!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleHave had a very disappointing experience with this branch. They do not return calls and are difficult to deal with. There are better estate agents out there, check out their reviews. So if you're looking to sell your flat, avoid avoid avoid these guys. Don't waste your time.
