DON'T USE THIS AGENT!! They will ruin your life!!!! I've rented a house via this estate agent, the entire time I have to deal with their endless unreasonable requests and horrible manner!!! All staff act like they are King!! Treat customers like dirts!!Shame there is no negative to give!! The worst service and worst estate agent I have ever experienced!! How do this company still have business!!

Terrible Company and Worst Service..I have vacated from the house and they haven't returned my advance amount. I been chasing for almost One and half month.They are not giving the timeline and response is very worst. I recommend don't take any rented properties from this agent.

How do you give zero star? Trying to get my deposit back, Olga, Elizabeth and the rest of the team have been tossing me around. I moved out 2 months ago, my former landlord checked the apartment and was happy for most of my deposit to be refunded but these guys are telling me my deposit refund is now "uploaded for a review" Stay away from them, they are rogues!!

After renting with Bairstow Eves, Billericay for 5 years. What an awful experience. The attitude from the staff to the wait time of repairs (months) was ludicrous. Even to this date trying to our FULL deposit back took over 2 weeks! Why? I am so glad we don’t have to deal with this company anymore! Good bye & farewell.

Poor service all around. Estate agents sold services and then once that was done never bothered to really keep me updated. I had to ring them with updates and then when making an official complaint, that was just ridiculous as well.They have given conflicting/false information and haven’t been helpful towards myself and partner. Wouldn’t use to buy, sell or rent a house with these!

The agents here are completely irresponsible. They don't follow up and treat people badly. I am a buyer when dealing with them. They lost our information sent to them, don't care about data privacy, and are very rude when we ask for a confirmation whether they have finally received our details. I will never let them sell any of my own properties

GoogleQuite a young immature team at the Enfield branch, be careful, they will discuss your personal matters to their whole office. The Maintance team are slow and rude and all the staff have sarcastic, patronising manner.
