GoogleI rented from them for a year. very professional, they don't ask for extortionate fees like some other agents, they gave me all the correct paperwork (including checklists of what safety certificates I should ask for etc) and were always timely with fixing things. I would highly recommend them.

As explained to your brother, your offer was not satisfactory to the Landlord and whilst in negotiations, the Landlord felt happier going with another party for this rental. We are sorry to disappoint you on this though are happy to keep you registered for future properties.

They make you feel supported and that your custom is important. Would thoroughly recommend, all the staff are very friendly and approachable and make the experience easy.

GoogleVery slow to respond to any requests for repairs even it is an emergency, ending up with massive damages. Also quite offensive and rude at times. They have no intention to facilitate any communication. If you're looking to rent through them think twice.

Dishonest and misleading company! Unfortunate to rent a flat with many problems from the start! Unresponsible and unwilling to help! I should have taken them to SCC and would advise you to avoid at any cost!
